here is the finished product for my DVD case. i am unsure of how i want to present it on a board though. one is just an illustration of the layout. and the other are pictures i took of the actual box i built over the weekend. i must say that craft has consistently been one of my weaknesses; but i definately worked on that through-out the weekend. i re-made this 4.5 times before i was semi happy with it..........anyways, which seems like the more logical way to present this on a board??? the illustrator layout, or the photo layout? im kind of leaning toward the illustrator layout. but i definately wanted to get some practice with doing photo layouts like i did.

oh ya, i should have posted pictures of how wrecked my apartment is right now with pieces of scrap paper and bristol board all over the place. my place hasn't looked as bad as it does right now in a while.....
i would go with illustrator. the photos are really nice, but if you were to use them i would try to have all the pieces look like they are resting on the same plane (like in the top photo it's at a different angle than the other two.)
Also, you should put up a pic of your laptop with instructions on how to do it...you'll start a mad trend!
What's up with the laptop? I wanna see!
if everybody starts doing it than it wont be unique anymore.........
